Kyle Rogers grew up in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. He graduated in 1981 from North Pocono High School then attended Pennsylvania State University for a year. Kyle enlisted in the Navy in the summer of 1982 as an Operations Specialist (RADAR Operator). He served in a variety of billets including commissioning the USS Curts (FFG-38) in Long Beach, CA and USS Kauffman (FFG-59) in Bath, Maine. He and his wife Renee then moved to Naples, Italy where he was the leading Petty Officer for the Tomahawk targeting program for Mediterranean area of operations. His final tour as an OS was as a Navigator onboard a hover craft at Camp Pendleton, CA. Kyle converted to Navy Counselor and accepted orders to NAS Brunswick where he served as the Command Career Counselor. This tour was his final tour in the Navy and her retired in July of 2002.

Even before he retired from the Navy Kyle knew he wanted to sell real estate in Maine. He was first licensed as a Sales Agent with Court Street Realty in April of 1998. Kyle remained at Court Street Realty for 10 years where he was the Designated Broker until the company closed it doors in April of 2008. Now, he is the Branch Manager of Allen & Selig Realty’s newest office in Bath.

Kyle is the 2008 President of the Merrymeeting Board of REALTORS® and sits on the Executive Board of the Maine Association of REALTORS®. He is active in local politics as a first term City Councilor for the City of Bath.

Kyle holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and e-Pro designations of the National Association of REALTORS®. He loves the mid-coast area of Maine, from the quaint little Antique Shops of Wiscasset to the hustle and bustle of the downtown stores of Freeport in the summer.

Kyle understands both the complex language real estate and the military. His biggest thrill is finding a home based on the needs of an individual buyer and assisting them the whole way to closing. Many of his clients are relocating military families that come to NAS Brunswick from all corners of the earth. Most of the time, Kyle has pre-arranged a meeting with a lender and already setup showings for his buyers to begin the process of finding a home.

Kyle’s Navy career taught him the core values necessary in becoming a top real estate broker;
