Dick Allen- Broker, Buyer Specialist, Partner
Dick and his wife Diane have lived in Cumberland Center for nearly 35 years. Their children attended Cumberland schools and today they are raising their own families in the Greater Portland Area. Dick is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, an alumnus of the American College of Chartered Life Underwriters and served with the United States Air Force & the Maine Air National Guard. Having held the license of a Master Registered Maine Guide, Dick has explored the woods and waters of the State of Maine for more than 50 years. He enjoys fly fishing and spending time at a little log cabin on the shore of a quiet pond in Letter E Township. Dick began developing properties in 1985 in the towns of Cumberland, North Yarmouth, Portland,and Windham. Several subdivisions include Colonial Pines, Brookwood, Edes Road and Fox Run Road. Dick has more than 35 years experience in financial planning, marketing sales, and business real estate development. Linda Dupuis is a lifelong resident of Maine and has been a citizen of Topsham for over 15 years. She was born and raised in Lewiston, where her family still resides. Prior to real estate Linda spent over 12 years in the legal profession. Linda has been an exemplary real estate professional for over 4 years, servicing over 50 buyers and sellers. Linda's clients rave about her dedication to them and her attention to detail. Linda is the proud mother of Mason Summer and is very active in the community. Connie has been a licensed Realtor for 4 years in Maine, Currently she is a Buyer Specialist with the Allen & Selig Team. She brings 25 years experience in sales, marketing and customer operation management in the healthcare industry. Like the others on the Team, She has a professional, energetic, client focused, work ethic based on integrity and service excellence.
Connie grew up in Pennsylvania, and received a M.S in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. Her career took her to Washington D.C, Houston TX, Philadelphia PA, and Sacramento CA. A work related relocation brought her family to Maine in 1999. So you see, she has been in the “relocation business” for over 25 years.
She resides in Falmouth with my husband Mark and children Sean and Kate. She enjoys to golf, bike, swim and spend most spare time attending the children’s sports and music related activities. |

Charmaine Raby is a new member of Allen and Selig Realty. Their two teenage children attend Greely High School and are involved in many activities including hockey, soccer, drama, and chorus.
Ashley brings to the team over 20 years experience in customer service, sales management, human resource mediation, and team building. He also has a background as a paralegal and as a small business owner. The keys to his success over the years have been in effective relationship building, honesty and integrity, keen attention to detail, and follow-up.
