Dick Allen- Broker, Buyer Specialist, Partner

Dick and his wife Diane have lived in Cumberland Center for nearly 35 years. Their children attended Cumberland schools and today they are raising their own families in the Greater Portland Area.

Dick is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, an alumnus of the American College of Chartered Life Underwriters and served with the United States Air Force & the Maine Air National Guard.

Having held the license of a Master Registered Maine Guide, Dick has explored the woods and waters of the State of Maine for more than 50 years. He enjoys fly fishing and spending time at a little log cabin on the shore of a quiet pond in Letter E Township.

Dick began developing properties in 1985 in the towns of Cumberland, North Yarmouth, Portland, and Windham. Several subdivisions include Colonial Pines, Brookwood, Edes Road and Fox Run Road.
