Charmaine Raby is a new member of Allen and Selig Realty. She is a licensed Associate Broker, licensed to sell real estate in the State of Maine and is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, the Maine Association of Realtors and the Androscoggin Valley Board of Realtors. She comes to the field of real estate through a long career of caring in the medical field. She was a practicing Cardiovascular Perfusionist and ran the heart/lung machine during heart surgery for over 20 years. Always a caregiver, Charmaine has translated those abilities to give superior customer service to her clients. She is a buyer specialist with a passion for helping people through the process -from the initial mortgage preapproval, to finding those properties that meet the criteria, to submission of an offer and through the closing process. It is important that when you start the process of choosing a home, the very first thing you do is to contact a buyers' agent. This is critical. This will ensure that you have your own representation! In this case, there is no cost to you as Charmaine does not charge a fee to the buyer for this service.
